Shipping policy

All orders are shipped free of charge within 48 hours by Post Ofice registered air mail. Tracking numbers are provided to the customer as soon as the order is shipped.

The shipping time to most locations is 7-14 days. If required, we can also ship by DHL Express, which takes 4-6 days delivery time. Contact us for details.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to delays caused by local Customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any import taxes levied by the respective Customs authorities. Customers in EU countries and the UK will be charged VAT on their order by their local Customs, which will be collected by the carrier. VAT rates vary between 15 - 22%. Please check with your local Customs office for details.
